An exciting opportunity to lead the marketing initiatives for the Orange Tree Group. Established in 1997 we currently operate eight individual sites across the East Midlands, which include pubs serving freshly prepared food and great cocktails, some late night bars/clubs and a burger and smokehouse restaurant. You will be working alongside the Board, the Sales and Events Manager and the site’s management teams to lead the marketing strategy and its delivery for the group.

What’s it all about then?

Producing, implementing and managing marketing and communication plans, strategies and initiatives, which include cost-efficient, and where possible, measurable marketing campaigns
Initiating and supervising the production of promotional materials such as posters and flyers
Agreeing and managing the annual marketing budgets
Evaluating and reporting on marketing and communications activities, producing reports and providing management information, as required, including weekly summaries of online customer actions via google analytics & collation of online reviews, ensuring sites are up to date and actively responding to trip advisor and other queries through online platforms
Oversee, approve & help execute the social media strategy
Gain an in-depth understanding of the local competition
Managing and developing the group websites
What are we looking for?

A minimum of 3 years’ experience within marketing
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Someone that can think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table
Someone that is organised and can manage their own time
A good team player that can work well with and manage people effectively in order to achieve the marketing objectives
Marketing experience within the hospitality sector is preferred but a strong passion for our industry is a must
